MESOSCOPE Designs unique Manipulator that assemble by three units. All units are available to be changed for meeting customer’s requirement.
- Positioner- For adjusting X,Y and Z axis accuracy movement.
- Tip Arm- For carrying tip holder and available to do roughly movement.
- Tip Holder- For carrying probe tip.
- Positioner Size ( L*W*H ): 70mm*40mm*80mm.
- Four motions for tip holder move. Available motion movement way: 3 or 5 ways.
- The Resolution of X, Y and Z directions of Positioner: 5um.
- Vacuum or Magnet Fixing is available.
- Tip holders with Axial, Co-axial and Tri-axial cable are compatible. Default tip holder is Co-axial cable.
- Additional electric module installation is permit.
- MSCT-HTT-10 has 10 degree θ angle with respect to the vertical axis of positioner base plane.
- MSCT-HTT-10 have knob to control tip holder to move θ montion from 10~45 degrees
