MESOSCOPE designs High-resolution Manipulator for controlling probe tip precisely and suitable for most of DC measurement prober station.

MESOSCOPE's Manipulator solution include three different units. 

Positioner: Precisely adjust X, Y, Z axis movement via twist the knob.

Tip Arm: Variety tip arms for avoiding any influence from prober station and provide roughly adjustment.

Tip Holder: low leakage tip holder with two major design for different application.

• Positioner Size ( L＊W＊H ): 70mm＊40mm＊80mm.
• Four motions for tip holder move. Available motion movement way: 3 or 5 ways.
• The Resolution of X, Y and Z directions of Positioner: 5um.
• Vacuum or Magnet Fixing is available.
• Tip holders with Axial, Co-axial and Tri-axial cable are compatible. Default tip holder is Co-axial cable.
• Additional electric module installation is permit. 
• MSCT-HTT-10 has 10 degree θ angle with respect to the vertical axis of positioner base plane.
• MSCT-HTT-10 have knob to control tip holder to move θ montion from 10~45 degrees
