MESOSCOPE is providing the most advanced probe tips in the world. The scale we have is from Micro-meter to Nano-meter and all the products are suitable to all probe station, nano-probe and SPM systems. From 2013, MESOSCOPE is starting to create parts for probe station systems like probe head, positioner and tip holder. Based on the service to customers, we also accept the specification for customer design to meet different application

MESOSCOPE has created its own special surface clean and MST ( Micro-Surface- Treatment ) process to remove contamination from tip surface. We canguarantee that the tips will be cleaned enough before pack and delivery. All tips which are in Nano-scale will have SEM inspection. Chemical clean is not needed before use.

In order to have comfortable operation and decrease the risk before tip installed in SEM, MESOSCOPE TECH. is providing additional service for customers. We will provide tip bent service and SS304 tube installation. From MESOSCOPE TECH. products specification list, there are"B", "T"and " BT"types for tip bent, SS304 tube installed and tip bent & SS304 tube installed for customers’ requests.
