MESOSCOPE Technolgoy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "MESOSCOPE Technology") was established in 2006, mainly focus on Nano Probe (Nano Probing), Failure Analysis and agent of intergrated tool, etc. In 2013, MESOSCOPE Technology began to provide the most advanced 10nm is used for failure analysis of 14nm fabrication. Right now, MESOSCOPE Technology's 2~5nm probes have also been widely adopted by customers, and a variety of probes below 1nm have been successfully developed, which can target the IC that already in the stage of mass production to perform failure analysis. MESOSCOPE Technology is the global leading manufacturer of Nano Probes, customers cover world's top three semiconductior factories, and its reliable and advanced technology is highly recognized by worldwide customers.
MESOSCOPE Technology indicates that nano probes will be widely used 2-4 years before mass production of the new fabrication. According Moore's Law and the semiconductior development, when the semiconductor fabrication is refined to below 65nm, the electrical data of IC measurement and analysis will become more difficult, and the importance of nano probes will increase significantly. MESOSCOPE Technology utilize its own failure analysis and measurment technology, mix with German manufacturing technolgy, and build its own brand "Nano e-", and with its own nanoprobes to continue to assist customers in the advancement and breakthrough of advanced fabrication development.
Vincent Huang, the founder & chairman of MESOSCOPE Technolgy, has been dived into physics and materials field for decades, and holds a master's degree in physics and a doctorate in materials. Due to the development and evolution trend of advanced fabrication, MESOSCOPE Technology has actively invested in research, developement and manufacture of nano probe, and successfully developed 7Å(angstrom) and 5Å (angstrom) level probes in 2022, which made MESOSCOPE Technology take a lead in the nano probes field.
With the development and evolution of advanced fabrication, it will enter the 2nm process in 2025 and completely change to the GAA (Gate All Around) architecture, which will greatly increase the difficulty of fault analysis. The improvement and maintenance of production yield under the GAA architecture will be the primary task for the foundry, and it is expected to generate a large number of analysis requirements, and the application of nano probes may shift from the laboratory to the production line. MESOSCOPE Technology will provide product & technical consulting services at the Carl Zeiss (ZEISS) booth at the 2023 SEMICON Taiwan exhibition, hoping to provide unique solutions to the global semiconductor industry through its own products and measurement technology.
