MESOSCOPE designs unique Manipulator that assemble by three units. All units are available to be changed for meeting customer’s requirement and could be repaired independently.
Positioner- For adjusting X, Y and Z axis accuracy movement.
1.Vacuum or Magnet Fixing is available.
2.The Resolution of X, Y and Z directions of Positioner: 2.5um.
3.Track movement: ±5mm
4.Additional electric module installation is permit.
5.Two types could be chosen:

Tip Arm- For carrying tip holder and available to do roughly movement.
1.Three types could be chosen:
(1) T type
a. T type tip arm for carrying tip holder and available to do roughly adjustment via knob.
b. Available to adjust θ& Ø angle roughly.

c. 4 different types.
(2) L type
a. L type tip arm for carrying tip holder and it available to adjust θ angle via manual operate.
(3) BP type
a. For fixing BP type tip holder.
b. Designed to fix tip holder at five different positions.
c. Available to move the height of tip arm via manual operate.
Tip Holder- For carrying probe tip.
1. Super low leakage tip holders for collecting precisely and reliable data.
2. All tip holders are available to choose Co-axial(10uA) and Tri-axial(10pA) cable.
3. Two types of tip holder for meeting different restriction.
(1) MSCT-TH1CRL type
a. Could choose 1m or 1.5m length cable.
b. Could choose 2 different holder spec: 94mm* Ø 10mm or 144mm* Ø 10mm
(2) BP type
a. Could choose 1m or 1.5m length cable.
