MESOSCOPE Designs unique Manipulator that assemble by three units. All units are available to be changed for meeting customer’s requirement.

Positioner Size ( L＊W＊H ): 70mm＊40mm＊80mm.
Four motions for tip holder move. Available motion movement way: 3 or 5 ways.
The Resolution of X, Y and Z directions of Positioner: 5um.
Vacuum or Magnet Fixing is available.
Tip holders with Axial, Co-axial and Tri-axial cable are compatible. Default tip holder is Co-axial cable.
Additional electric module installation is permit.
MSCT-HTT-10 has 10 degree θ angle with respect to the vertical axis of positioner base plane.
MSCT-HTT-10 have knob to control tip holder to move θ montion from 10~45 degrees
